Leslie Sanson: Good Time Video sales people dont know what they are doing

On April 29 I saw a comercial for the Walk Way the pounds videos set. The cost was to be 39.95 plus shipping and handling. So I called the number, the sale rep offered many items. A club set up to view up and comming vidoes, the 4 and 5 mile tape, dietary supplements, ect.

The only thing I oked was the video club, the two extra tapes. I told them no on the supplements. The sales rep said ok the cost is 92.00, and this is going to be higher than the accual cost. She was wrong. On April 30 they charges my account 72.85, and THREE charges of 31.85. Of course by the time I got notice the checkes had bounce and I now owe the bank 64.00 in overdraft fees. When I called the next person said well you oked the order and the other tapes are billed the day they are sent. If you do not want them they return them and we will refund minuse the S&H.

I talked to a supervisor and she assured by that if I send in all the proof of all the charges everything will be returned. It is now June and they charged me for two shipments of dietary supplements (I didnt order them in the beginning) and did not cancel the special price for everything passport. Had to do that my self after that company charged me but they returned the money the next day.

As far as the nsf fees and the shiping and handling that I had to pay to return that will take atleast two billing cycles to get.

I found that you can buy the tapes at sporting goods stores. And the set is only 60.00. As far at the exercise band 4.00 at a medical suppy store.
