OC TANNING R Sun rips salons off

I was not ripped of quite as dramatically as the salons with the large lotion orders. I ordered a bottle to try and was charged an extra $15 dollars. When ordering, I specifically asked TWICE the total that will be charged to my account, and was told $21.99.

The total charge ended up to be $36.98. They will not refund the money, will not take the product back, and hang up on me whenever I call. They will not allow me to speak with any of the upline to get something squared away.

The sales rep that placed the order, Brian, is always lying when he get on the phone with me..." hi this is Roy"... Stuff like that.

They are a dirty-dog company.
