Lee Dental Care
An accounting nightmare!

I was a patient at Lee Dental Care for several years. I stopped going after a move and after about 4 years ended up going back for a dental emergency. At that time I discovered that years before I'd overpaid them by over $800 and that they never notified me of the overpayment and kept the money for years.in fact that same year I'd asked for accounting statements several times from them and they always showed me as having broken even in my balances.

I asked for a refund and was told that I should wait for the new billing to go through my insurance and they'd just write a check for the balance. I waited they never billed my insurance so eventually I kept calling and they billed my insurance. When they got the check from the insurance I contacted them again they said they couldn't just write a check and had to get permission from the dentists to write a check. Now weeks later still no permission or check I'm thinking that I may never get my money back.
