Crapped on after 14 years of membership

After 14 years of membership, I was kicked out of the system due to being late on payments and financial difficulties for the last 2 years. They will not renew my membership, even though for 14 years my husband rarely ever used the gym, and we still payed for it. After talking to Brandy, she had the manager call me back and the older lady basically said that, " i was not worth the trouble of keeping because they had contacted me over and over and it was just too much of a pain." Sorry Cal Fit, but I couldn't control my appendix rupturing, and I couldn't control losing my business, and I can't control the economy. But she said we could sign back up at the going rates for today!!! Geee thanks! I think I'll try Fitness 19. You have no idea how many people I referred to Cal Fit. They don't look at the usage, but they sure know when to collect money. They called me a pain in the butt, but it was them who screwed up first by overcharging me and then I finally got a check for all their screw ups. But the older lady didn't know that when she was reading me the Riot Act, in her most professional seeming manner. Guess what, I don't buy your act lady!!!
