I ordered my product 4/21/09. My charge card was charged 4/23/09 through PAyPal. I stared to inquire about my shipment 5/21/09. This website states items would be shipped within 10 days of the order. I gave plenty of time before my first follow up. I have yet to get a response from this company after 2 months of e-mails (1 e-mail per day).in these bad economic times one cannot afford to spend much money ~ much less get ripped off. I have ordered from this on-line company before and received my product. I love the product and hate the fact I have not received. I don't even know if this company is still in business. I would like my shipment. 3 months is a long time to wait. I have gone on websites and this is not the first time this has happened with this company. They should not be able to get way with it.
