Never shipped product but took my money!

I ordered a weight loss product from this company. I worked hard to save up and find the right site to purchase it from. The company processed the order withdrew the money from my account but never shipped the item.
After numerous e-mails to the service department there has been no response nor any way to file for a refund. So not only am i not going to recieve the product but now im out $62 that i worked up to save.
