Failure to follow there own procedures

I began my Medicare Advantage Plan Insurance with Present Day Choices after seated with among there salespersons in March Being Handicapped and needing several Medications the salesman made me feel just like they'd have the ability to assist with my scenario. After going thru 30 days I then found out how wrong I had been and just how the Present Day Choices salesman didn't inform me about a lot of things that will influence my scenario, Nothing about Component "N" needs, The notorious Donut Hole, the truth that Present Day Choices refused all-but 2 of the 7 Medicines I had been getting and have been for 4 decades, that it required significantly less than 30 days hitting the donut hole of $2400 bucks, which I had been accountable for the following $4800 outofpocket. Therefore after being so ashamed attempting to cope with Customer Support by which many couldn't actually talk english perfectly and apologized again and again but did nothing to assist the problem, I chose to stop my Insurance throughout the registration Month per Medicare needs, I named and spoke to some Present Day Choices Consultant on December 13th who'd obtained my notice to begin my Medicare Portion "A', "W" and stated that which was all I'd have to do. Well I kept being charged $90 in January, February, Mar, and so I named in Mid-March to discover why these were nevertheless billing me and was informed by among there Reps that I'd have to submit a notice declaring that I had been eliminating my Insurance together, But obviously nobody mentioned something about this in December. And so I delivered the Notice in from the cutoff of March 31st, I received nothing from their store let's assume that the notice came with no difficulty, but all a in July I obtained another statement for $700 bucks from Present Day Choices and so I named again to keep in touch with among there repetitions and was educated that my Insurance wasn't ended and they stated they didn't get the notice over time, enjoy it requires 14 days within the email from Georgia to Florida. They've extended to bill me completely as much as December of 08 were I published another notice to stop for that second-time, I'd Medicare document a proper complaint against present day choices in September 08 declaring they must have ended. The amusing thing about all this is they are able to create up something they need and who's to protect the client, Plus per there methods after 2 weeks of not spending your fees they stop your Insurance and certainly will not begin it back up till the two weeks are swept up. I also didn't utilize any part of there Insurance in 08 but against there own methods need the entire decades of fees equaling $942 bucks which like a Disabled Individual on Social Security Disability I actually donot have, Individually I really could see when they needed me to cover January, February of 08 per there methods but truly I actually donot believe I owe them anything due to anything I've mentioned above, you can't confidence these fly-by-night Businesses whois client representatives aren't even yet in this Nation and also you have no method to protect yourself from these circumstances. Do not get Present Day Choices Insurance or these kinds of issues might occur to you.
