Unprofessional Practice! The Refund Policy is very unproffessional and unfair! Never will I order anything else from them

I decided to try the Neutrogena-Skin Id product... What a waste! First of all the product did not work. I saw no improvement in my skin... Second of all when I called to find out why they billed my $48.95 two months later, I found out that in very fine print there is a clause stating that you are set up on auto refills... With most companies you are allowed to return a product if you are unsatisfied...

As a matter of a fact, on the company's website there is a BIG BOLD statement - 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you are not satisfied. What you don't see is that fact that after 60 days you are not allowed a refund. I now have a second shipment of their product that I don't want. I was told by a Customer Agent at Neutrogena that even if I shipped the unused product back to them, I still would not get my money back.

I feel that I as well as other consumers were mislead into believing that Neutrogena's new customized ance regimen worked and if it didn't work, you were allowed to get your money back, no questions asked... It is sad that some companies are allowed to do this to the consumer. So I am out of almost $50.00 and there seems to be nothing I can do about it.

I am very disappointed in Neutrogena and I will not buy any other of their products... As a matter of a fact I am going to make sure I tell everyone I know about the bad experience I had.

I found that contacting the Corporate Office in Los Angeles, Ca wasn't much help because I was transferred back to the call center that I made my original complaint... So to all those who read this, I hope you think twice before ordering this product!
