Located In Beverly Hills And Rancho Mirage RIP OFF ARTIST! Beware of consult fee!

I went to Dr. Ordon's Beverly Hills office in hopes of finding a doctor who could rid the permanent scaring and spotting on my face. Dr. Ordon was on a show called "the doctors" so I figured he would be a safe bet. I was a bit hesitant when I called for an appointment and they informed me there would be a $500 consultation fee. Since I am not wealthy I told them if I was going to schedule the appointment I would need to make sure I was going to use Dr. Ordon and asked for a "rough estimate" for the procedure over the phone. After explaining that the procedure I was looking at was the CO2 laser, they told me I would be looking at roughly $3,400. They explained the $500 consult fee would be applied. I scheduled the appointment based on what I heard over the phone especially since it was right around my budget.

When I arrived at the office it had a very cold UN welcoming feeling. Dr. Ordon's assistant "LU LU" came out and took me to his office. She asked me a series of questions and told me the Dr. Would be right with me. Dr. Ordon came in about 15 minutes later. He seemed agitated and in a hurry. He picked up a mirror and asked me what I wanted to change. As I began explaining my issues to him, he took the mirror and said "hold on, I'll be right back". He never came back. Lu Lu came back with a printed quote sheet for $6,500.00! Twice the price I was quoted on the phone. I was a bit shocked when I saw the quote. I told her I had more questions for the Dr. And she asked me "what" I asked if the procedure would cover the neck area as well and she said "let me see if I can ask the Dr." She picked up a phone and attempted to ring him in another room with no answer. She then just handed me her card and told me to call her with any questions I might have and she led me to the door.

I left feeling very ripped off as I just paid $500 for less than 60 seconds with the Dr. The price quoted on the phone was only half of what the real cost was and I was treated very poorly.

I was so upset that I could not even call and speak to them as they made me feel so uncomfortable. I had my husband call and ask for the consult fee and they stated "it's non refundable". They then stated that they would perform the surgery for the original phone quoted cost of $3,400. I felt even more ripped off and violated after that.

This Dr. Is a SCAM ARTIST please find another Dr. If you are considering him.

I am in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company.
