Charged for product never sent

The corporation got my purchase for spectacles and promissed them in 3-5 times. No customer support contact information. After I tracked the purchase at their website, it stated delivery billed but no info and never relevant for standing.

I've sent five times and certainly will stop with my charge card. I recently discovered horrible overview of the corporation with related grievances.
