Following is one of the letters I e-mailed to Luxsauna on May 29.

Dear Sirs:

The Dual LuxSauna (Serial numbers SKU DUAL-LUX A & B) purchased on February 16 was delivered to me on May 6 by Impuse Distribution LLC (Origin: C299 Home Direct Crossdock).

I now discover that several heaters are in the LuxSauna are not working properly.

The right sided heater, and the two front heaters of the product works well, However, the heater under the bench does not work at all, and the back, and left side gives minimum heat.

The deliverymen assembled the LuxSauna. They made frequent reference to the manual, but could not test the product because the electric cord was too short to reach the outlet. Therefore a test of its workability was not made.

Telephone calls to "Dave" resolved a problem which involved the connection of wires. Now, we have a problem with the heaters.

Please be assured that I want the LuxSauna. However, I cannot use it for the purposes cited in your advertisement, if the heaters do not work, or are limited in its heat output.

I would like you to address and resolve this problem, (However, It hope that your answer does not involve my locating and connecting wires.)

The following letter was sent on June - No response to date:

To Whom it May Concern:

I did speak with Dave about the problem. However, his response and direction did not resolve the problem. Here is more information:
Looking into the product, the panel on the left side of the sauna, and the back panels, do not emit any heat..in other words, when two persons are in the Dual LuxSauna, the person sitting on the left does not experience direct heat on that side.

With the power turned on, I set the timer for 45 minutes, and the heat to 125 F. Fve minutes before the end ithe timer rings, at this time the heat indicator reads 113.

On another occasion, the heat was set for 140F and I sat in it for 1 hour, 15 minutes. At the end of that period, the heat indicator read 119/120 (fluttering between the two numbers.)

As I am dissatified with this product due to the lack of heat output as stated in your advertisements, I would like to return it to you. Either for a replacement or a refund of my money.

Please let me know what the next steps should be..
