Vitalrezv ripped me off for the $79.95 twice and I cannot get a refund it has been 2 months

I agreed to the $4.95 shipping and they also hit my debit card for the $79.95 the day I received product, I keep first shipment and chalked it up to stupidity and I called and cancelled my member ship they they hit me again for another $84.50 I refused the 2nd shipment which I guess was a mistake because now I am out the product and the money. I have called them 3 times and they have promised a refund for 2 months and I still have not received it. Do not buy this product unless you can afford the money every month
