Our doctor and that I equally obtained a notice from Medica - Usa Healthcare that mentioned that I had been authorized for an available roux-en-b surgery which was great from 12-31 - 12-31. I'd stated surgery 02-16. The insurance provider have taken care of the doctor fees, anestesia fees, CT tests, x rays, laboratories, etc. I obtained a statement in the clinic for $47,000. The insurance provider researched as well as their summary was this support (the surgery) needed pre-acceptance which used to do not need acceptance for this surgery, consequently I'm accountable for the statement. Fortunately, my doctor had his backup of the notice. I sent it towards the insurance provider and followed-up having a telephone call. I've not heard back. If somebody cons an insurance provider, each goes to prison. An insurance provider attempts to con a spending client and what??
