Company say "cancel at any time" but that's not true. They date the order when they ship it, not when you recieve it. They hang up on customers

The advertise on MSNBC & NBC & Rachel Raye's website. They even promote this on WebMD.

This is what happened to us. We received our product on may 27th. We have not used the product. We have canceled our account with them. We wanted to request a refund of these charges.

In the initial ordering contact, we saw no mention of an additional charge of $88.00 dollars and a reoccurring charge of $93.95 per month.

We called their "Customer Care Department". We were told to email the claims department at www.PureNutrientsProducts.com. Unfortunately, they is no email address attached to RECEIVE emails at that web address.

We called back. We were put on hold after asking for a manager. While on hold, they hung up upon us. This happened twice.

We have 14 days to cancel our account. It's hard to cancell an account when you can't contact the company. We think the 14 days will expire before we can contact them, as they no doubt want.

We can't say anything about the product, as we have not tried it. We can say that the company is not practicing good customer service.in these economic hard times, companies that want to survive should be available to their clients. This company, advertising on national TV, is not a good one.
