I purchased this product based on the endorsement from their website and the "14 Day Trial" "Money Back Guarantee". This is a SCAM! They not only charged me extra for shipping and handling but when I attempted to call back on the 13th day of the trial evaluation to cancel the order I was told that they had already charged my credit card for $88. The product does not work and they are falsifying the promotional money back guarantee.

My order date was May 13th per the invoice and I tried to get them to cancel the order on May 26th (13 days into 14 day trial program) but they said, "we're sorry but we can't offer any refunds and there is nobody here that can authorize a credit to your credit card."

They gave me an email address of claimsdepartment@purenutrientsproducts.com to address the issue with.

I am notifying my credit card company today of the SCAM so they can take it up on a legal matter.

I hope this saves someone from getting screwed out of $88.
