This is a shady outfit, with a list a mile long of lawsuits, how this guy remains in business is beyond me, he did my eyes in 96' and my eyes are bad again, I went back for a free consultation and evaluation, when I declined to have him redo me for $3500, they tried to bill my insurance for the exam, $455, I calleed them out on it and they hung up on me
