I was guaranteed results with toning and weight loss and several months later after using it 4-5 times per week, I am out almost $2000 and nothing to show for it. I contacted the company to get a refund and they said they don't have a refund policy and that I was supposed to send an email about my experience and the managers would look at it. I called today and they refused to talk to me and said that he was instructed to disconnect my call if I called.
