Excactly!!! How do you reach a company that doesn't give you a phone number just a box with a mouth piece and 6 oz tube of gel. Lesson Learned!!! Same complaint as the others, From now on it's best to google the "FREE" stuff to see how many of us where stupid enough to fall for this advertisement. The customer service rep was horrid I'm not sure if I even understood him! Your right, though you can't get back what they have already charged to your account. But to be safe notify your bank that no further charges are allowed from this company. BEWARE!!! To others, this $78.93 mistake DOESN"T WORK!!! Any better then the over the counter stuff you by at Walmart for much!!! Cheaper.
