Unauthorized billing to credit card

I requested an item named Ivory Brite (teethwhitening) and was eventually charged. Purchase was positioned on my credit card.

While researching my charge card statement I observed a cost of $9.99 from Axis Wellness Website. Used to do not purchase something from their store and need my charge card acknowledged.
