Unauthorized charges

I orderd the trial from Simple Bright on May 2nd. They provide an effort interval before they cost for a car cargo. I obtained the merchandise on May 8th. I approached them on May 18th and requested to stop my consideration because of awareness towards the elements. They charged my card about the 20th for a car cargo. After I approached them, they declined to return my income. They stated the test time went on the 17th also it did not matter after I obtained the product or after I approached them or why I can't make use of the item. They regarded the Next the very first evening of the test interval, stated they mightnot monitor merchandise deliveries. They did say I really could have required an effort interval expansion, but which was my obligation. THIS CAN BE A FRAUD - they're not consumer-friendly. I'm dealing with my lender to change the costs.
