On april 13, i received an e-mail about this wonder product which appeared on 60 minutes. There is a fourteen day free trail offered. Isupplied my billing information with the understanding that a sample bottle cost less that $4.00 and that i have a fourteen day trial, if i do not contact the company within
that time period, i would be charged the retail price of $87.98 per month.

Well, the sample arrived 6 days later, itried it for two days then, i noticed that my account was charged the retail amount. I called their 800 number someone form india answered the call and said they would cancel the account withdrawal, gave me a confirmation number for my case. Well, next day, the charge still appeared and i again called the 800 number only to get another operator.

I gave her my confimation number she said it is voided because they charge the trail period from tne time the factory mails the sample. I asked her how can i get a fair trial of the product if it was not in my possession. She was rude and said that i did not follow the protocol of their offfer. I think that this is a huge rip-off since idid not have adquate time to try the product and their trial period is just another method to get money from you.
