I purchaced a product from this Urban Health Source. I ordered via the internet. I found the product unsatifactory and contacted them regarding a refund as stated in thier policy. I followed their reqiured procedure and returned all the goods as requested. They failed to honor their side of the agreement and have failed to provide me with a refund. Any contact I make with them goes around and around in never ending circles. They have no intention of giving me a refund. It is all a scam!
