American Health Advantage, Mytruecare.com Fraud - Did not provide as promised firm schedule of benefits LaKe Mary

I was promised a firm schedule of benefits hard copy, with very limited loopholes (insurance management fee, disposal fees, OSHA sterilization etc), not an estimate or average, but that could not be provided until I provide my payment (credit card). I understand that this would need to be updated periodically, dentist enter and exit plans, fee's are renegotiated periodically.

After reviewing the Better Business Bureaus write ups which lead me to believe I should use caution with this company during the conversation with the sales representative since claims were suspect due to the BBB record on this company, I only accepted what turn out to be a story line, also getting confirmation of what was promised in emails, after I looked at the companies contact web page which listed the specific names companies officers. This listing has since been removed.

I never received an actual schedule of benefits in the package that was mailed, after multiple requests. I contacted what is the administrator of the plan, Aetna Dental Access whom stated that the schedule of benefits was proprietary (company classified not available to members, nor even to this representative I had a brief conversation) What they offer is an supposedly an estimate and or average negotiated prices for the dental procedures. If one desires actual prices on each procedure for each dentist the member would have to contact the individual dentists. This seems like 50% of the work to set up a true Dental Plan company for my geographical area of interest.

If I have to survey dentists for individual and actual pricing on the common dental procedures (i.E., dental codes), what would be the reason for me to pay American Health Advantage (AKA or DBA mytruecare.com) and in turn Aetna a fee.

Since Fraud (allegedly) has been committed, and can hopefully be proved with the copy of emails provided. Seems like the company is performing a similar racket as rebate refunds they don't think a significant percentage of the people will waste further time and they get to keep the at least the membership Fee, and probably big part of the fee that goes to Aetna Dental Care.
