Prey on the handicapped Shelby Township

I ordered an assist lift commode for my aged mother in law. What arived was half the parts and most were rusty! A week later one of the missing legs arrives but the pail to collect the waste never arrived. I called for an RMA and return mail label. I was told they don't do mail labels so send it back to them COD. I did at a cost of almost $80.00. Planet Mobility refused to accept the package. I called and faxed and gave copies of the shipping bill. I was promised a full refund. Never got one. The big honcho (ceo@planetmobility.com) won't even answer e-mail.

Guy should be in jail so he can't prey on the handicapped.
