False information and Rude

I phoned this medical clinic on saturday April. 18 at exactly 11:08am in regards to my 3 month old infant who had constipation for 3 days. The receptionist said they charge a $25.00 consultation fee and that I would have to be there by 12:00pm in order to be seen. When I get to the location I notice a man at the front desk arguing with one of the males behind the counter.

When he left we approached the front desk and asked for my infant to be seen, they replied that they were already closed. I repeated what they told me on the phone about being there before 12:00pm in order to be seen, and they all denied anyone ever saying that. They asked me who I spoke to and I pointed at the receptionist, and she also denied ever speaking to me and that she's the only one who answers the phone.instead of being truthful about having full house, they chose to be deceitful and unsympathetic, no class and unprofessional.
