Unsafe working conditions

First I would like to say that I am a fill in cook at North Austin medical center. The working conditions are unsafe, we have anything from leaking steamers and walk in coolers, and ice build ups on walk in floors we encounter numerous slip and falls adequate jackets are not supplied for work in the refrigerator. The missing buttons are leaving our bodies dangerously exposed we get sick constantly. The scariest thing is electrical equipment short circuits causing sparking and smoking of the deep fryer. Their is a whole in the floor where a broken device was removed and never covered up on the cafeteria cook production line. The steam table on the patient food tray line is the most faulty breaks down on average three times a month our maintain guy is scared to work on it any more he said (This thing is so badly rigged I'M scared some one will get a terrible shock if not killed) one night while he worked on it I had the opportunity to see inside it their are so many exposed wires that are and taped together I can't believe we put water in this thing and turn it on daily Numerous complaints have been made to management by the staff they promise us new equipment however we never see. When ever something terrible happens is when they first pretend in was never brought to their attention before then have engineering rig it up again it is their any one who could help us
