Pharmacist attitude problem

Went today to choose up medications for my wife. She continues to be battling cancer for three years today, and that I have already been the main one to choose up her medications, I'm her husband. Anyway, this can be a two-part gripe, the very first being the little one in-line before me. He was buying up a prescription. The pharmacist (Ruby) requested him the tackle and did all of the correct things. She called his material up, and he also had a container of Robitussin. She declined to market him the Robitussin since he was underage. My issue is how he is able to choose up a given medication although not One-off the ledge? It's my perception he must have not been offered either item.

Today its my turn. I provide the title, tackle, and day of delivery of my wife. Ok, she gets her medications off the will-call ledge, requires me address again and profits to band it up. Sorry to dissapoint you Ruby, but I'm a 40 yr. Old male, myself and my loved ones are respected people. I dont understand who you believe you're Ruby, however, you do the same as somebody who operates at Mcdonalds, therefore shed your stinkin perspective, and also have only a little empathy for others which are sick.By just how, this isn't the very first time I've endure her small attitude problem. Last time-my partner went without her medications for that weekend since Ruby didn't appear it-up directly on the computer.
