Victim via facebook... Free trial period 14 days then ship another on the 14thday whats up with that

I am a victim of nutrblvd rip off when I called on the 14th day to cancel according to their email so that I am not shipped another product obtained this so called rma # just to find out that they shipped me a 60day product without my knowledge but the manner in the way that this sales person helped me like I was the stupid one and because I did not read their website which my argument was that there was no information on the link that led you to get the free trial until you had entered all your information credit card the works

And even then there was no prerequsites or contact tel no which inmediately raised some questions, but by then all my info was already entered which I tried to explain to the sp person but he treated me like I was an idiot then the runaround began I waited for this order in the mail did not open it returned the very same day and waited two weeks for them to credit my credit card so I called to ask why and they told me they can wait thirty days to recredit my account (yet they on the 14th day charged mine) now the real argument began

I wanted my money back I did not order in fact I cancelled it within this 14th day to which he then said he would after going back and forth, less the shipping I refused to pay for shipping but this was like talking to a dead horse the very same product I returned via the usps cost me even with a signature etc..$2.09 they charged me $8.95 how do they manage to come up with these charges beats me but I am shocked in the manner they conduct business which I wish the BBB will shut them down
