It's a hard time to get your money back, if you even do before you change your bank account

I sent back the product before the 14 days of suppose free-trial and the day they received their product back they still took money from my account. I had sent it back to them where the postal service gave me confirmation.

I have been trying to get them to reimburse me for it but they keep giving me the run around. Well I finally got someone to talk to me and they told me I couldn't cancel my supscription, for something I didn't want to begin with, over the phone or internet. I had to do it through the mail which in the process they got another 75.00 from me.

They are a ripoff company that is just stealing from honest, hard-working people. And to think that Oprah Winfrey and CNN have all reported that this product is wonderful. Just be careful cause once they get you in there system you are in for a long haul trying to get out. They supposely had a customer service link but it never works.
