Is a Total FRAUD, took my money without even sending 14 day trial and will not cancel account

I signed up for the supposed 14 day free trial, they immediatly took the $5.95 out of my bank account and never sent the trial. Next thing you know within days I was charged $74.95 for a full bottle which i still didnt recieve for another week and a half. When I tried to cancel the membership they gave me a link to a page which my computer did not even let me open due to a flagged web certificate, when i was finally able to open it I was floored! GET THIS!"Due to mail delivery times beyond our control, please allow up to twenty-one (21) days for processing" 21 days! Thats long enough for them to bill for another bottle and on top of it all, theyre money back guarentee has now changed and the statement you have to agree to is as follows...

"By signing this form, I am hereby authorizing my account to be canceled and completely removed without further need or use for it in the future. I understand that my account must be current for this cancellation to take effect and that all previous charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO ME AS THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES I HAVE RECIEVED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I acknowledge that no product results guarantees were made to me and that i will indemnify the company from any side effects or symptoms that i may experience from taking and/or using their product. I further understand that my sucess with the product I recieved was ultimately my responsibility and I am hereby deciding to not use this product any further."
BUT!!! If you read the terms and conditions on their web page it says this...

" If you are not fully satisfied with future shipments of Ziing Energy, you may return any unopened containers of Ziing Energy within 10 days of receipt for a full refund less the $5.95 s/h charge and a 15% restocking fee."

This company is totally illegitimate so PLEASE PLEASE beware of them and DO NOT give them your credit info, I just had to cancel my card to get the charges to stop.
