Denial of care but open your wallet

I made the unfortunate choice to go to Aspen Dental in Rome 2 years ago next week. During that time I have paid for xrays, gotten a treatment plan and several copies of pre-authorization reports from the insurance company. Aspen has denied my family care.in that 2 years, there has been no physical treatment. Only appointments to find out what will be done if they get around to it. To add insult to injury, they blame the insurance company and change terminolgy to try to confuse me but it don't work. I have enough calls and paperwork reports to wallpaper the state.

In the meantime, my husband who also has been fighting this as a patient has an exposed nerve but the associate we need to talk to is on vacation... Vacation... They have given me so many excuses that the "person I need is..." Meanwhile, no work has been done and they act surprised that our dental needs have declined. Rocket scienctists they are not. You deny care but expect things to get better. The dates that they bill for services do not match dates of actual service (since there has been no care given why am I being billed for services). BEWARE
