Requires exclusive devotion to use full minutes purchased

Annie informed me that although I have a full credit for the most expensive bed (instant 11 minutes... Cost $34), and obviously yes, obviously, a base tan, had my eyewear, she was not going to allow me to use the full session of 11 minutes because I had not been to their salon in over one month. I explained to her that I tan at the gym where I work out twice weekly and showed her my stomach's skin tone (which is tan) whereby she said "I'm sorry, it's our policy." So I ask her, "Are you telling me that if a person buys a package of visits, they are not going to get what they paid for?"

If that is indeed the case, then they should sell minutes, not sessions. I asked her if I could roll over the unused minutes to another visit and she said "NO, I can't do that." This is the most ridiculous attitude I have ever seen in a professional salon. Needless to say, I will not be going back and will tell all of my friends and family not to use this facility. Annie should be fired and the customers should be compensated for the minutes the steal.
