The assistant was rude, fighting with me about cost and insurance info. I'd to contact my inches.organization just before my boyis visit and clarify the payment procedure to her... After I did, she swiftly noticed that she's SIMPLY the assistant and never the payment individual. She was designed to obtain the payment individual, but she never arrived. Went in to the visit 30min after appt. Time having a bunch saturated in additional paperwork to complete. Within five minutes, the psycologist quit for a crisis phone... Returned to obtain copies of paperwork, subsequently quit again... Requested a few concerns, then went us out. She may call to accomplish evaluation... What... You did nothing for my kid... Once we were making the assistant rapidly ceased us again about payment, fighting with me like I had been an idiot. Our handicapped boy, there for mentalhealth problems, was receiving really nervous from her attitude toward me, his mom. He bumped about the screen a few occasions. The assistant required work supervisor ahead out. She and also the assistant were confrontational in my experience, again, worrying my little boy, creating him to truly have a conduct and boom about the screen and state a poor term... Following this, work supervisor procedded ahead from behind the table, pursuing out and shouting at my son many times to obtain out... It Is A pediatric mental health center!!! Work supervisor and PhD really procedded to check out us out towards the vehicle, worrying my boy much more and providing mean anxiety attack. How dare you need to do this to some kid who's impaired.
