Like Brenda of Hattiesburg, MS I too was conned into ordering the Acai supplement for the promotional cost of $1.99. The order was placed on 2/18/09, but I did not receive it until 3/6/09. I called today to cancel my order because I noticed a $79.95 charge on my credit card bill. When I called Customer Service I was told that my 14 days had expired on 3/1/09. I hadn't even received the product before the 14-day period had lapsed. I believed that I had until the 21st of March to cancel without being charged. Not so said the representative. When I insisted that I wanted to cancel my subscription and receive a refund, I was put on hold and then promptly the call was dropped. What a rip-off! I will do all in my power to tell others that this company and their polices are bogus and not to trust them to be honest and fair-minded with their customers.
