Knukle Up Fitness
A rip off!

Health & Medicine

I joined Knuckle up about a year ago got in a car accident and needed to cancel my membership due to injury. The contract that I signed said to fax in a note from the doctor stating my injuries (i did that) and they would not cancel my membership. I even brought them a copy of the police report from the accident.

A third party company deals with the cancellations and after i gave them the note and the police report they asked for another note from a different doctor (i faxed that in too) Still nothing.

What they did do was start billing me by mail (cost more) instead of taking it out of my account. Its been almost 6 months from the accident and I am feeling better (my knee) and would like to return but feel like the business is shady b/c it did not hold up to their end of the agreement.

I am still paying and feel like I do not want to spend money and get nothing! Be careful before you sign a contract with this company.
