Charged my bank account 88.62 without my authorization. Called several times and am told the same thing. "Check's in the mail". Still wating after 3 months

In December I sent for the trial offer for the Acai Berry. I finished almost all of it. While going through my bank account I noticed a charge of 88.62 from Erotsmerpusiaca. I called my bank and asked them about it. After all was said and done they suggested I file a dispute which I did.

On my first few attempts to contact the company I could not get through as the phone would disconnect from their end. I finally got through and was told the bank card was credited on Jan 21 which it was not because I cancelled that card immediately when I found the bogus charge. I have continued to call them several times and am told the same thing every time. "The check is being processed and will be sent to you". I have waited 3 months and am still out $88.62.
