My problems with this company!

Having lost my regular insurance ie: Kaser. Price got so high coulnt afford. I got a fax for low cost insurance. I called the # on the fax. They said for 199.00 per month i would have 25.00 dollar copay. Also discounted drugs at 50% off. Sounde4d good as i have diabetes need insulin and 3 other meds. Found doctor on plan went gave card all was good. 6 months later my doctor informed me i owed him 500.00 dollars as my insurance did not pay the copay. I call the #'s i had on my paperwork. I was told i did not have insurance with them. Also several months before this i tryed to use the discounted drug card and was told they had no record of me. So i had been buying all my perscriptions at raleys. So i just figured i never got enrolled or???

Today on checking my online banking i see i have a automatioc withdraw every month for 199.00 dollars. So i called the 800 # gave my name, the lady said i was insured i said through who she said she was from smart data solution a company that works for serve america. So now i guess im with serve america??? Called my doctor let them know what was going on. So tommorro they will contact smart data solution and see what happens. Pretty strange. Really hoping it all works out. Havent seen doctor in over 6 months. Been getting my scripts from canada as all my refills expired. Any info anyone has would be appreciated. Thank you gary
