They had an offer on to just pay shipping charges only. They billed my credit card Feb. 14 then on Feb. 18 they billed my credit card again for full price. Is this not an entrapment, false advertising and fraud. I am afraid they will bill my credit card again and would like to know how to prevent that from happening. Thank you for all your help.
