After a free offer sent me med I didn't order although I cancelled & charged me 87.97

I ordered & paid for a "free trial" offer. Was not impressed; cancelled any further orders. When they didn't reply, I sent multiple requests by e-mail until I heard from them that I had been cancelled successfully. Today I received an order of same and was charged $87.97!! Tried to call several times today; get put on hold; and nobody answers. Big rip-off!!!
