Ivory White Charged for a product I never received!

Wow! Let me just tell you that no matter what way you say it when you call for assistance, you will not get help. Rather than assist me, several representatives hung up on me saying that there is no one else to talk to. They all claim that Heather is the supervisor and she is the highest level of "phone" representatives. There are supervisors/managers above her, but they correspond exclusively via letter - which you are supposed to address to Brian Lint at the above address.

I got so frustrated that I did a little research of my own. I found direct contact information for Brian and sent him an email. I am going to give him a few hours and if I don't hear back (which I am sure I won't!) I will call. This is UNACCEPTABLE! So, in case anyone else needs to take matters into their own hands, here is what I found:
