Ivory White
Ivory white is a scam in every aspect of the word. They charged me, then said my returned product was damaged, but couldn't produce it to prove it to me

I dropped for that fraud of the free test. They delivered one more item and stated I'd be billed $78.41 regular continuing. I called instantly, and was informed I really could stop the account of course if I delivered the merchandise just before January 7th, I'd not be billed. The next evening I delivered the merchandise USPS with insurance. They do not offer discounts for "broken or available" containers. On February 2nd, they charged my charge card. (understand that I'd before 7th to come back it without having to be billed. I named and was informed that the program error happened, plus they should not have incurred me. Subsequently, after I asked about my reimbursement, was informed "it returned broken". They mightnot tell me that which was broken, plus they discarded the bundle. The insurance I bought in the USPS was a waste of cash, because they wont consider my state with no broken package. I eventually got a return phone from Boss "Jerry", who could not be any worse as it pertains to support. He dismissed the majority of my concerns and claims, and would not consider any obligation since "the factory mentioned the consideration that it had been broken", therefore there is nothign he might do. It had been as though the factory isn't part of the business. I questioned why somebody did not contact me to inform me of the harm. He explained the factory does not make calls, and also the customer support people "have no idea" till somebody calls. I expected to get a supervisor, and was informed it is "John". He mightn't tell me if John might contact me or not. He'dnot tell me John's lastname. The entire business is just a fraud. Anything you do, inform everybody you realize to not drop for this fraud. I'd like others to understand from my error.

I realized I could not trust that business, and that's why I purchased the insurance. It simply makes me ill to understand how some businesses take-no feeling of possession whatsoever.inADEQUATE, to place it slightly.
