Stole My Property/Would not give it back without paying $50.00

Dynamic Family Health Center in Crystal Lake, Il said that I could get my minor sons x-rays for free if I brought in a CD to burn them on. They have done this hundreds of times for free in the past if the patient provides the CD. Their employee was burning the CD and in the mean time told the owner that we were now seeing the doctor (an x-employee) that has been treating my son for the past year and a half and SUDDENLY... Their is a new rule in the office that all patients must pay a $50.00 fee for the x-rays. (The same x-rays that I have already paid hundreds of dollars for!)

Their employee "Brandy" said the new rule just became into effect with "me", and that she could not get the CD out because it was stuck in the machine. But if I paid the $50.00, she could get it out. "Imagine that!" It's no wonder their turn over of employees is so overwhelming. How do these people sleep at night? BEWARE of this practice! Larry Howe is a LOSER!!! And to the poor doctor that paid an arm an a leg for this losing practice... Somebody should have warned you before you put out 750 grand. Hello???
