On Monday I went to the pharmacy to receive a refund regarding my prescriptions since I had recently gotten my insurance card. My husband had surgery just a few days before so I had alot on my mind! I forgot my driver's license. Well, Charlie Abell asked me, "Don't you know your driver's license number?" "You don't know your driver's license number?" I was made to feel like a total moron for not knowing it! And I was so embarrassed to say the least. I feel as if I never want to go there again! To treat people that way is unthinkable and also very rude! Not to mention the fact that I, as a paying customer am one of the people that he is employed to render courteous and friendly service. This is very rude and unacceptable behaviour out of one of your employees.
