I also purchased a free sample of ACAI from GNS. I called many many time to tell them that I was billed on my credid card for $79.90 on Jan. 10. I never received any ACAI. They too gave me a very hard time, One person even hung up on me. They don't want to hear what you have to say, only you are stuck with it.

What does FREE mean? I paid $3.95 for the sample, it doesn"t say you are going to be billed for $79.00, and then receive nothing. I just wonder how many other people fell into this trap. Also the times I called they say someone will be right with you, that took I hour and 10 minutes to wait.
