Mega Insurance/Not a good pick Providence

First let me state that I have been with Mega for 2 years at 600.00 a month. Until recently I have had to use their insurance. Now, I am receiving all kinds of bills. I stand and wait while the front doctor office calls and tries to figure out what the co-pay will be and what I am allowed. Twice the front desks have been given wrong information and I am stuck paying for huge bills. I tried to contact Mega and they have no reply. It is like OH Well.

So now that the new year is here we cannot even get a rep down to our business to explain the changes in benefits. They were quick to come here and get our business. How can I be told one thing and then the 3 months later they refuse to pay the doctors and I am stuck with bills. I never would of gone for physical Therapy nor so many times to the Chiropractor if they did not say I have a quarter of 750.00 before I would have to pay.

That is just the beginning. I need to do my yearly checkups and now I am not sure what I can afford? Or will having this insurance put me in the poor house? They need to get their crap together and get qualified people in place who knows what they cover and do not. And if they say a individual is coverage they are responsible for payment. What good will this complaint do, absolutely nothing. The consumer is constantly getting ripped off and there is not a damn thing you can do about. If you don't pay, your credit is bad. So I guess suck it up and pay I guess. But if I can save someone, so be it.
