Almost Fell for it, "I've Got Coverage" Insurance Opportunity

I got an unsolicited call from a rep from Consolidated Medical Services, alledgedly. Said rep introduced a program he called "I've got coverage", where i could make money in commissions from selling insurance to those without coverage. I was switched to an automated person who explained in detail how the program worked, then switched back to the closer rep. The cost was not so bad, $259.00, plus a monthly web charge of around $30.00.

The problem arose when i said i wanted to think about it, honestly. I further explained that it was nothing personal, but i was naturally suspicious, seeing as the Wall Street money managers have proven to be untrustworthy—for example—and the shadiness of business in this economy. The rep then begans to lose it. He repeats, "What's to think about?". His mere frustration was a red flag.

Maybe this is a true opportunity, but from what i read in a previous "I've got coverage" report, the odds look slim to none.
