Frustrating that no one has shut this company down. Look at these reports!

I wish I had googled this company before filling out the form on the internet... I would not be in this position!

So far: 1/16/09... I filled out a form on the Internet and did not 'submit' it when find out that they charge you for shipping this "free" product; immediately I called to inquire if this "order" actually was submitted.
.. You see, there was no confirmation that I had ordered the product so I called to make sure it wasn't. I did not 'enter' the filled out order form. It just took it. So I called to make sure it did not go through; it HAD. I immediately canceled and was ASSURED the concelation had gone through.

1/29/08... Package arrived in mail. I have now been working on this 'problem' for 3 1/2 hours. NO one will answer the telephone because every call says all circuits are busy... Funny, I can make other calls and the circuits are not busy! I will send all of the reports I find to my credit card company and cancel that number. I will call my local TV station and report this ripoff and print these reports on this web site regarding GNS, Inc. One good thing. They are supposedly located just North of Denver.

I cannot believe this Company has not been shut down for their shoddy business practices... Regardless of the Product. Why hasn't anyone helped? I just hope my situation does not go beyond the $4.05 shipping charge! For this reason and because I have not been able to contact GNS, Inc., by telephone, I AM FILING THIS REPORT!!
