ACAI Berry FCM Laboratories Charged my account full price on the same day I recieved my trial offer

Ordered trial product of Acai Berry on 1/7/09. Recieved trial offer on 1/21/09 (delivery confirmation) which was sent by them on 1/17/09. My account was charged $87.13 on 1/20/09 but will post on 1/23/09. I called customer support and they said I was charged because I failed to call them within the 14 day trial period. I asked for a manager and waited 45 minutes before I finally hung up.
