Anauthorized charges on my account, notcomplete work

My son, Yan, needed to have some dental work done and he had gone to the Dental Studio located in Long Grove, IL. We had an ageement to pay $1,600 once the work would be done.in the office I had applied to a credit line in order perform the work. When I actually received the CareCredit card I called their customer service to verify the balance. I learned that I have a balance $2,467, I was overcharged!
When I came to the office I asked the office manager Alex to check and correct the problem. I was waiting for almost an hour, then he told me that he can't discuss it with me. This account is under my name and only my name and any transactions should authorized by me, the account holder! Please investigate these activities!!
