They charged me a fortune and I never even got the product

I ordered the smooth away on November 24. It was 14.99 and get the 2nd by just paying shipping and handling. I also ordered refills. My order without shipping was approximately $25.00. When I got my credit card statement I had been charged $79.00 My total order amount was not on the receipt I printed when I ordered. I have tried multiple times to call them but keep getting a message that call volume is high and to try back later then the phone disconnects. And I still have not received the product!!! Makes me leery of ording anything on line now.
